Delancey

This historic Philadelphia townhouse had undergone significant renovations during the latter half of the twentieth century, leaving many of its original architectural details lost or obscured. A complete gut renovation sought to uncover and restore the home's character while adapting it for contemporary life. The resulting interiors celebrate the building's history while supporting the everyday rhythms of a young family.
