North Third

A complete reinvention of a historic Old City townhouse, this project transformed four floors into a cohesive modern residence. Previously neglected upper levels were reclaimed and reimagined as expansive living spaces, bringing new purpose and vitality to the building. The resulting interiors balance architectural clarity with warmth, texture, and a strong connection to the owners’ creative pursuits.
